About JRA... Education & Outreach JRA’s Education and Outreach program is educating the next generation of James River stewards. We work with adults and youth to encourage an awareness and appreciation of the wonders of the river. Programs: Watershed Education by Students (W.E.B.S.) Nature & Child Reunion Kids' Extra JRA staff participates in dozens of outreach events, including James River Days and the Annual James River Clean-up. In efforts to enhance environmental education programs, we partner with local organizations such as Virginia Commonwealth University, Riverside Outfitters, Maymont Foundation, Children’s Museum of Richmond and the James River Park System.
